Special Students:

In order to achieve the richest and most reliable information about your child’s academic skills we use the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test—Second Edition (WIAT—II). We are able to diagnose your child’s learning strengths, examine areas requiring support and determine program learning needs. 

Once the assessment is completed a report is prepared and shared with parents. By utilizing the assessment information, and with information from parents and the classroom teacher, we are able to confidently design a program that meets the academic needs of that child.
